What You’ll Do
- Create approval and manufacturing drawings for equipment — and work directly with project coordinators, customers, and sales teams to finalize them.
- Build 3D CAD models using software like Inventor or SolidWorks.
- Review customer specs to make sure what we design meets expectations and matches what was quoted.
- Flag potential problems or technical issues before the design goes into production.
- Collaborate with Application Engineers to review your drawings and strengthen your technical approach.
- Jump in on additional engineering tasks as needed to support the team.
- You’re pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Structural, or Agricultural Engineering.
- You have experience with 3D CAD modeling (Inventor or SolidWorks preferred).
- You communicate clearly — both in writing and in conversation.
- You’re comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- You enjoy problem‑solving and explaining technical ideas in a way others can understand.
- You bring integrity, accountability, curiosity, and a strong work ethic to everything you do.
- You have mechanical aptitude and are excited about machine design and fabricated equipment.
