This is a 1st shift position Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Title: Shipping

Department: Shipping

Direct Supervisor: Manufacturing Supervisor

Position Description

Perform shipping operations, comparing shipment contents with customers sales orders, and ensuring adherence to all safety procedures.

Primary Objectives

• Responsible for accurate shipping of product daily.
• Package and palletize product for shipment.
• Responsible for the Quality of shipping parts in a timely manner
• Responsible for daily shipping work in adherence to the quality management system
  
  

Responsibilities

• Package product for shipment to domestic and international customers.
• Schedule and collaborate with truck lines and couriers to deliver our product.
• Pick and ship UPS orders to meet our customers’ needs.
• Follow safety procedures
• Build robust crating for our product for shipment.
• Final visual inspection of quality parts prior to shipping
• Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping…etc.
  
  

Qualifications

• Shipping experience in a related industry preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word, and excel, UPS shipper, FedEx ship.
• Strong math and analytical aptitude
• Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day
• Good verbal and written communication skills

The pay range for this role is:

21 - 24 USD per hour(Aggressive Hydraulics - Cedar, MN )
