1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

We are seeking a Turning Machinist.

Position Description

Experience running twin-turret CNC lathes preferred.

• Manufacturing products to print using various manual and CNC machine tools
  
  

Primary Objectives

• Responsible for Quality of parts manufactured in a timely manner
• Responsible for daily manufacturing of work in adherence to the quality management system
  
  

Responsibilities

• Responsible for manufacturing of parts
• Inspection of parts
• Following safety procedures
• Correct documentation (timekeeping, BOM’s, prints..etc.)
• Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping, etc.
  
  

Qualifications

• Machining experience in a related industry preferred
• Machine tool technology degree (2‐yr) preferred
• Ability to setup and run various programs on machine tools
• Ability to multi‐task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong math and mechanical aptitude preferred
• Comfortable using various computer software
• Ability to use and read measuring equipment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day
• Good verbal and written communication skills
