This position is 2nd Shift working Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm - 1:00am.

Position Description

• Preparing and Painting of product to specifications using HVLP equipment
  
  

Primary Objectives

• Responsible for Preparing and Painting quality product in a timely manner
• Responsible for daily work in adherence to the quality management system
  
  

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Preparing and Painting of product
• Accurate identification of products (stamping, marking, etc.)
• Final coating Inspection of parts
• Following safety procedures
• Correct documentation (timekeeping, BOM’s, prints, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping, etc.
  
  

Qualifications

• Preparation and painting experience in a related industry (preferred)
• Experience using HVLP equipment
• Ability to multi‐task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Good mechanical aptitude (preferred)
• Comfortable using various computer software
• Experience with different types of coating products (epoxy, enamel, primer, etc.)
• Understanding of two‐part paint mix ratios
• Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Below identifies an anticipated hiring range, which includes the 2nd shift differential pay.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

24 - 28 USD per hour(Aggressive Hydraulics - Cedar, MN )
