Duties

- Provide excellent customer support by addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing office correspondence.
- Utilize Google Suite for document management, communication, and collaboration with team members.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
- Support office management by maintaining supplies inventory and coordinating maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong office management skills with familiarity in using phone systems effectively.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
