Scheduling/Intake Coordinator
Milwaukie, OR

- Work with a collaborative team
- Flex Spending for Medical and Dependent Care
- Serve as a combined Intake Coordinator and Scheduler (50/50 split), balancing intake workflows with clinician scheduling responsibilities.
- Coordinate with clinicians to optimize schedules, ensuring full caseloads while honoring individual scheduling preferences and availability.
- Collaborate with the Nurse and Therapy Manager on clinician schedules, coverage needs, and adjustments for clinical staffing changes.
- Proactively identify and reassign openings to maximize utilization and minimize unfilled time, communicating changes to clinicians and clients promptly.
- Collection, data entry, and distribution of intake information of potential patients
- Manages insurance eligibility confirmations of patients
- Obtains pre-authorization with various payor sources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and a team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working in a medical office highly preferred
