Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer located in Atlanta, GA. The Photographer/Videographer will be responsible for photographing and filming real estate properties and producing content that highlights the unique features of each listing.
Responsibilities include light home staging and capturing high-quality HDR photos, 4K videos, 360º photos, drone photos, and drone video to meet branding requirements. Collaborating closely with agents to tailor content to their needs is also required. Attention to detail, creativity, and strong time management skills will be crucial for success in this role.
The more capabilities you bring, the more opportunities you’ll have for assignments. Not every shoot requires every skill set, but all team members must be able to handle photography and 360° tours at a professional level.
IMPORTANT: Selected individuals must be willing to sign a non-solicitation agreement. We are seeking team members committed to representing and growing with our brand. This role is not a fit for individuals currently operating their own real estate photography business.
Equipment Requirements
- Photography (Required): Must own a professional full-frame camera (20MP or higher), a wide-angle lens capable of 16mm, and a sturdy tripod. Off-camera flash is required for select properties.
- 360° / Virtual Tours (Required): Must have a Zillow®-approved 360° camera and be proficient in capturing clean, consistent virtual tours.
- Videography (Preferred): Must have a professional full-frame camera capable of shooting 4K at 60fps. Required lenses include an ultra-wide (10–12mm, zero distortion) and a 50mm for detail and depth shots.
- Drone (Preferred): Must hold an active FAA Part 107 certification and carry valid liability insurance. Drone must capture a minimum of 12MP stills and 4K/60fps video reliably.
Qualifications
- Proven experience capturing high-quality real estate photography and video
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with agents and represent the brand professionally on-site
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple shoots, timelines, and deliverables without supervision
- Consistently punctual and reliable: shows up prepared and ready to execute
- Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and how to present a property at its best
- Able to work independently in the field while also collaborating effectively with a team when needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround expectations
- Familiarity with real estate workflows and working alongside agents is preferred
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the Metro Atlanta area
