Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Alpharetta, GA. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, as well as providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process. Tasks include conducting property showings, negotiating offers, preparing contracts, and building strong client relationships. While the role is based in Alpharetta, some work-from-home flexibility is available to accommodate a hybrid schedule.
Qualifications
- Possession of an active Real Estate License is required.
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market trends and property values.
- Customer Service and Sales skills with the ability to understand and meet client needs effectively.
