Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Legal Intern role located in Boston, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, New Delhi or Remote. The Legal Intern will assist in the preparation of legal documents, conduct research on legal matters, and provide support with legal consulting activities. Responsibilities include analyzing legal issues, ensuring compliance with regulations, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide legal insights and assistance where needed.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a law school or equivalent legal education.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software is a plus.
- Experience in Legal Consulting is a plus.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical thinking, research capabilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
