Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience with securities and corporate governance matters advising public company clients.
- Licensed member of at least one state bar.
- Strong knowledge of public company reporting, disclosure and compliance.
- Experience at a large law firm and/or supporting the securities function of a public company in-house.
Excellent Compensation with Stock Bonus.
