Agent Concierge is a San Diego-based marketing agency built for local realtors. We handle everything from open house coffee carts to full listing marketing packages, all with an editorial, upscale brand voice. We're a small, fast-moving team and every project we touch ends up in front of real clients.
We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator Intern to help bring our brand to life across Instagram and other channels. You'll get hands-on experience with content planning, copywriting, and real estate marketing, working directly with our in-house marketing lead on live campaigns for active clients. This is a 3-month internship with the possibility of growing into a full-time role.
- Assist with making Instagram and TikTok posts and building out our content calendar, posting 3 times a week across multiple accounts
- Shoot and edit Reels and other short-form video content
- Help plan and schedule content across our Attract, Social Proof, and Brand World content pillars
- Draft captions and copy that match our brand voice: clean, human, no fluff
- Assist with light graphic design for social posts and stories
- Support content coverage at open houses and listing events, with some weekend availability for event pop-ups
- Track engagement and help spot what's working
- Pitch content ideas and trends relevant to real estate and local San Diego audiences
- College student preferred, ideally looking to earn internship credit hours
- Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, or similar tools
- Hands-on and eager to learn: this role is a real crash course in marketing
- Strong writing skills and an eye for clean, on-brand visuals
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage deadlines independently
- Available some weekends to help with event pop-ups
- Bonus: interest in real estate, local business marketing, or event production.
- Location: San Diego, CA (hybrid/in-person for events)
- Hours: 15-20 hours a week
- Duration: 3 months, with potential to convert to full-time
- Compensation: Unpaid college credit
