Classroom to Career Program - NYC 26

Overview: We're excited to announce the return of our pilot "Classroom to Career" program, aimed at growth and developing for rising digital marketing professionals, with the possibility of a full-time role on our team! In a nutshell, our Classroom to Career program offers a three-week online course. Successful students will have the opportunity to join our team at the end of the program, with NO interview required. More details on the role here. (If you are offered the role, it will be a hybrid model based in NYC.)

If you are offered a role: Starting salary $65,000-$65,000

Classes will be held virtually.

Course Plan:

• Duration: 3 weeks
• Format: Online, with one session per week, each lasting one hour.

Sessions:

• "Understanding Marketing: Introduction to Analytics"
• "Analyzing Marketing: Key Insights from 4 Critical Metrics"
• "Driving Business Impact With Marketing: Introduction To Goal & Constraint"
• Requirements: Candidates need to pass our Cognitive, Typing, and English Comprehension assessments to apply. These tests take half an hour in total.  
• Quizzes: Live quizzing system with 10 questions per session, tracking each participant's progress.
• Assignments: Three homework assignments, each with a maximum duration of one hour.
