Multi-Brand Marketing Strategy
You will become deeply familiar with every brand and help determine:
* What we should be talking about
* Who we are talking to
* What content each audience responds to
* Which offers and products we should be promoting
* How each brand should look, sound, and feel
* How the brands can strategically support one another without becoming repetitive
You should be able to move from an Agency Coach AI campaign to a Michael Weaver podcast episode to a Courtney Weaver social post while understanding that each requires a different voice, audience, and objective.
Social Media & Content
Own our social strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
This includes:
* Building and managing the content calendar across all brands
* Developing hooks, concepts, captions, scripts, carousels, graphics, and video ideas
* Publishing and distributing content
* Repurposing long-form content into short-form content
* Turning customer stories, testimonials, results, data, podcasts, and founder ideas into compelling marketing
* Identifying trends and opportunities relevant to each audience
* Maintaining consistency without making every brand feel the same
You will also help direct Michael and Courtney on what they should be recording.
We want someone who can come to us and say:
"This topic is taking off. Here are three videos I need you to record this week, and here are the hooks."
Paid Advertising
Own or lead creative strategy for our paid campaigns.
You will:
* Develop new advertising concepts, hooks, angles, and offers
* Write ad copy and develop creative briefs
* Work with designers, editors, and VA's where needed
* Analyze which ads are converting and why
* Continuously develop new creative based on performance
* Connect paid advertising to our larger funnels and marketing objectives

* Developing compelling titles and hooks
* Helping create episode outlines and talking points
* Identifying clips and moments worth repurposing
* Turning podcast episodes into social content, email content, ads, and campaigns
* Using the podcast strategically to grow our audience, authority, and businesses
The goal is not simply to publish a podcast.
The goal is to turn every great conversation into weeks of valuable marketing.
Creative Direction
The goal will be to grow into creative director for all our brands.
You will study performance and tell us:
**What is working?**
**What isn't working?**
**Why?**
**What should we create next?**
We don't want Michael and Courtney determining every piece of content that needs to be created.
Eventually, you should be directing us.
You should be able to hand us a script, hook, idea, or creative brief and say:
Record this.
Then take what we give you and turn it into finished marketing.
Performance & Analytics
Great marketing isn't measured by how much content we publish.
You will regularly review:
* Organic content performance
* Paid advertising performance
* Lead generation
* Cost per lead
* Booked calls
* Funnel conversion
* Audience growth
* Engagement
* Podcast performance
* Creative performance
* Revenue attribution where available
Then use that information to determine what we do next.
If something works, we want to know why it worked and how we can do more of it.
If something doesn't work, we want someone who can tell us why it didn't and what we're testing next.

What Success Looks Like
Within this role, Michael and Courtney should become less responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing of the businesses.
Instead of us asking:
What should we post this week?
You are telling us:
Here is what we're posting, here is why we're posting it, and here is what I need you to record.
Instead of us constantly generating the ideas, writing the copy, watching the numbers, managing creatives, and keeping the marketing machine moving, you own that process.
We will continue to provide the vision, stories, expertise, ideas, and personality behind these brands.
Your job is to turn those ingredients into a sophisticated multi-brand marketing engine that consistently creates attention, audience growth, leads, booked calls, customers, and revenue.
