- Monitor at-risk residents and create risk management plans.
- Oversee medication setup and delivery systems.
- Respond to resident emergencies and document care provided.
- Licensed Nurse: LPN licensed in (list the state)
- Experience: At least 1 year working with seniors preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of medications, senior health factors, and clinical practices.
