Are you friendly, organized, and someone who enjoys helping others? At The Evergreen Inn, an Agemark Senior Living community, we’re looking for a dependable Front Desk Associate to create a warm and welcoming experience for residents, families, and visitors. What You’ll Do
Welcome Guests: Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Answer Phones: Respond to inquiries and direct calls promptly and courteously.
Support the Team: Assist with filing, scheduling, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
Provide Tours: Give welcoming and engaging community tours to prospective residents and families.
Maintain the Front Desk: Keep reception and lobby areas organized, clean, and inviting.
Be a Team Player: Provide additional front desk support when needed and available.
What You’ll Bring
Friendly & Professional: Create a positive first impression and welcoming environment.
Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone.
Organization: Multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities in a busy environment.
Computer Skills: Be comfortable using basic computer systems and completing office tasks.
Experience: Previous customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred.
Dependability: Be reliable and ready to support residents, families, and your team.
