At The Landing in Carmichael, a 100% Independent Living community, we’re looking for a hands-on, sales-driven leader who knows how to build relationships, drive occupancy, and create an environment where residents choose to live.
At Agemark Senior Living, we’ve spent over 35 years creating communities where residents feel at home and team members feel valued. As we expand into Independent Living, we’re looking for a leader who will treat this community like a business and a brand.
What You’ll Do
Own Occupancy & Revenue
You are the driver of the census. You’ll lead tours, manage the sales pipeline, build referral relationships, and close. This role follows our Sales Director's bonus structure (10% / 6%).
Lead Daily Operations
Oversee all aspects of the community, including hospitality services, dining, maintenance, and resident experience.
Create a Lifestyle Residents Choose
Independent Living is about experience. You’ll ensure programming, events, and services create a vibrant, engaging environment that drives retention and referrals.
Build & Lead Your Team
Hire, coach, and hold your team accountable. Set the tone for service, energy, and professionalism across the community.
Be the Face of the Community
Develop relationships in the local market, generate organic leads, and position The Landing as a top choice in Carmichael.
Run It Like a Business
Manage budget, expenses, and performance. Make decisions that improve occupancy, resident satisfaction, and overall financial results.
What We’re Looking For
Sales Leadership Experience (Required)
You’ve set a sales goal and understand how to convert leads to move-ins. Senior living, multifamily, hospitality, or related industries all translate well.
Operational Leadership
Experience managing teams, budgets, and day-to-day operations.
Hospitality Mindset
You understand customer experience and know how to deliver service that drives satisfaction and referrals.
Closer Mentality
Comfortable leading tours, overcoming objections, and asking for the deposit.
Relationship Builder
Strong presence in the community with the ability to generate organic leads and partnerships.
Tech Comfort
Familiar with CRM systems, MS Office 365, and web-based platforms.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience.
Compensation & Incentives
Base salary Sales Bonus Structure (10% / 6%)
Direct impact on occupancy and earnings
