Senior Business Systems Analyst - Oracle Order Management 2+Roles!!!

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Quote-to-Order (Q2O), Oracle EBS, and Oracle Fusion Order Management.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day production operations while also leading system enhancements, process improvements, Oracle implementations, and project initiatives. This role requires someone who can quickly understand complex business processes, work independently, and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Application Managed Services (AMS) partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Oracle Fusion and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications.

• Provide functional leadership for Quote-to-Order and Order Management processes.

• Analyze the complete customer order lifecycle and related upstream/downstream processes.

• Work across customers, quoting, pricing, inventory, ordering, invoicing, purchasing, revenue recognition, and accounting processes.

• Identify system dependencies, integration impacts, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Design solutions and lead development, testing, implementation, and post-production support.

• Manage and support Oracle-related projects, enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, AMS partners, Sales, Supply Chain, and Order Management teams.

• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolution with technical and support teams.

• Manage multiple priorities and drive decisions based on business value and strategic priorities.

• Support cloud migration and other complex IT initiatives.

• Communicate effectively with geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 5 years of recent Quote-to-Order and IT experience.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Quote-to-Order / Order Management.

• Strong experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Experience supporting both production operations and project initiatives.

• Strong understanding of customer order lifecycle and related business processes.

• Experience with Oracle implementations, upgrades, enhancements, migrations, or transformation projects.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.

• Strong understanding of integrations and data flow between Oracle and related business applications.

• Experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant / Business Systems Analyst.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management.

• Experience with Oracle EBS Order Management.

• Experience working with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.

• Experience with cloud migration projects.

• Experience working with global teams and AMS partners.

• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Order process architecture and system dependencies.
