- Serve as a trusted consultant — forecast hiring needs and recommend staffing strategies to meet them.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for your assigned territory with reliable forecasting and consistent execution.
- Drive revenue by prospecting, building a strong sales pipeline, and closing new business.
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitors, market trends, and industry developments.
- Network and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and talent communities.
