The Warehouse Team Lead ensures efficient and accurate movement, storage, and distribution of materials while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Team Lead assists the Supervisor with ensuring tasks are being completed efficiently and monitoring compliance with safety policies.

Your Impact

• Works with Supervisor in formulating and administering procedures and process in their functional area

• Assists in organizing work and scheduling staff to ensure the production schedule is followed and work orders are completed in a timely manner

• Monitors the quality of work within each works center and brings any issues regarding quality or parts availability to supervision

• Adapts procedures, techniques, tools, and materials/equipment to meet specialized needs

• Performs various assignments and is responsible for setting up and taking down work centers

Your Experience and Qualifications

• 3 plus years of experience and/or training in Production, Manufacturing and/or Supervision

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in Process Improvement desired

• Ability to work within a warehouse environment to include long periods of standing and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Your Compensation

This position will pay within the range of $18.00/hr-30.00/hr, based on experience.

Your Workplace

You will work onsite at our Morton facility to team up with your wonderful AGCO PTx colleagues.

This position is based in a warehouse/distribution environment where temperature may vary. This role is fast-paced and physically active, requiring regular lifting, bending, pushing and pulling, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Team members must be comfortable working around warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks while following all safety procedures. Some overtime, weekend, or holiday hours may be required based on business needs.
