- Repair, rebuild, calibrate, install, set up, and maintain facilities/utilities equipment
- Inspection, monitoring, repair/replacement, reinstallation, and testing of facility systems
- Planned PM work on shutdowns and weekends to optimize uptime
- Daily readings and report generation in CMMS (daily/monthly)
- Operate lift equipment and perform safe overhead work
- Read/interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Complete the General Maintenance Training Program and perform all essential job functions

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; two-to-four-year Technical Degree preferred
- 3–5 years with facility and utilities equipment preferred
- Demonstrated safety, strong work ethic, professionalism, and problem-solving ability
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude; PLC familiarity preferred
- Knowledge of building automation controls and programming
- Team-oriented with clear oral and written communication
- Skilled with hand tools, hand-held power tools, and precision measurement tools
- Bending, twisting, reaching, repetitive arm movements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.; stand on concrete for extended periods
- Mandatory overtime; temperatures up to 100 degrees
- Base pay plus structured bonus plan with quarterly bonus potential up to 10.5% of quarterly eligible earnings
