Ability to bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive arm movements, lift up to 50 lbs., stand on concrete for extended periods, work mandatory overtime, and tolerate temperatures up to 100 degrees.

Your Day as an Industrial Maintenance & Tooling Specialist

- Start with a quick scan of CMMS dashboards, enter readings, and review overnight alerts.
- Jump in fast when a line calls—troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic/vacuum, or hydraulic issues to restore equipment performance.
- Repair, rebuild, calibrate, install, and set up facilities/utilities equipment to spec, referencing blueprints, drawings, and manuals.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance, including during planned shutdowns and weekends, to maximize reliability and efficiency.
- Operate lift equipment, work overhead safely, and verify work with testing and documentation.
- Close out work orders in the CMMS with accurate daily and monthly reporting.
What You’ll Tackle
- End-to-end troubleshooting across facility and utilities systems
- Inspection, monitoring, repair/replacement, reinstallation, and testing of facility equipment/systems
- Completion of the General Maintenance Training Program
- Consistently performing all essential job functions
- High School Diploma or GED required; a two-to-four-year Technical Degree preferred
- 3–5 years working with facility and utilities equipment preferred
- Strong safety record, work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude; PLC knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with building automation controls and programming
- Team-first mindset with effective oral and written communication
- Proficiency with hand tools, hand-held power tools, and precision measurement tools
