Responsibilities:
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will:
- Connect with customers and provide a positive service experience
- Learn customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle service solutions
- Explain product and service benefits clearly and professionally
- Assist customers with windshield repair, replacement, and additional vehicle services
Generate interest in services such as:
- Auto glass repair and replacement
- Window tint installation
- Headlight restoration
- Hail damage repair assistance
- Mobile auto glass services
- Follow up with customers and help schedule appointments
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
