Entry-Level Sales Associate

AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is hiring outgoing, motivated people who are ready to build their first career in sales while helping customers protect and take care of their vehicles.

This is an active, face-to-face sales role where you’ll meet directly with vehicle owners, learn about their needs, explain our auto glass and hail damage services, and help customers navigate the repair process from start to finish.

Compensation: $46,000 - $64,000 yearly

Responsibilities

• As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll learn how to connect with customers, identify their vehicle needs, and help them find the right auto glass or hail damage solution.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Meet and talk with vehicle owners in a friendly, professional, and approachable way
• Build relationships through positive, face-to-face customer interactions
• Learn to identify windshield damage, rock chips, cracks, and hail damage
• Ask questions and listen to understand each customer’s needs
• Explain available services, including auto glass repair, replacement, and hail damage services
• Help customers understand their options, including insurance and the claims process
• Answer questions and address concerns while providing a great customer experience
• Schedule repair and replacement appointments with customers who are ready to move forward
• Follow up with customers and provide support throughout the process
• Represent AGC Auto Glass with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Work toward individual and team goals while celebrating your progress and success
• Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching to build your sales, communication, and automotive industry skills
