- Supervise, support, and guide nursing staff

- Promote compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
- Active Massachusetts LPN license required
- Skilled nursing/long-term care experience required
- Previous supervisory or unit leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
$91,000-$95,000/year, based on experience and qualifications.
