Agawam Rehab & Nursing Campus is hiring LPNs to join our nursing team across our four-building campus in Agawam, MA. We offer flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-driven environment focused on quality resident care.
Pay
$39.00 – $41.50 per hour
Compensation varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits. Includes shift differentials, with higher rates available for certain benefit options.
Role Overview
- Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and IVs as ordered
- Complete assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes
What We’re Looking For
- Active Massachusetts LPN license
