At Agape Cleaning Experts, we’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Cleaning Technicians to serve clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area.
In this role, you will be responsible for professionally cleaning and maintaining our clients’ homes while delivering exceptional customer service. We take pride in creating clean, peaceful spaces and are looking for team members who share that commitment to excellence.
The ideal candidate has professional cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and takes pride in their work. As a Cleaning Technician, you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks including dusting, sanitizing, disinfecting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and deep cleaning designated areas of client homes.
To succeed in this role, you must be dependable, trustworthy, self-motivated, and able to work independently while following company standards and cleaning checklists. We are looking for individuals who are high-energy, responsible, and enjoy interacting with people.
Cleaning Technician Duties & Responsibilities
- Travel to client homes throughout the DFW area in a timely and professional manner
- Review and follow customized cleaning checklists for each property
- Complete all assigned cleaning tasks to company standards
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize, and disinfect designated areas
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Take ownership, accountability, and pride in your work
- Represent Agape Cleaning Experts with integrity and professionalism
Cleaning Technician Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years professional residential cleaning experience preferred
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must have or be willing to obtain cleaning business insurance (easy and affordable through providers such as Thimble)
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Pay
$20.00 – $40.00 per hour
Pay is based on experience, performance, and the size of each cleaning assignment.
