We are seeking an Entry-Level Sales Analyst to join our FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career with a passion for data, problem-solving, and supporting a high-impact Sales team. You’ll play a key role in helping us better understand market opportunities, optimize sales performance, and improve decision-making through data. Minimal finance background required — just strong analytical thinking and a willingness to learn.

Essential Functions
What You’ll Do
Assist in analyzing sales performance data across regions and territories
Track and report on sales activity (calls, visits, conversions, etc.)
Support territory design and optimization using mapping and productivity data
Help set and monitor sales targets and quotas
Work with CRM data to understand trends and identify opportunities
Build basic reports, dashboards, and visualizations for sales leaders
Complete ad hoc analysis and projects to support Sales and Finance teams
What We’re Looking For
Recent graduate or early-career candidate with a degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic analysis)
Interest in data visualization or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
Eager to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment
Clear communicator with attention to detail
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with sales data, CRM systems (like Salesforce), or mapping tools
Internship or coursework involving data analysis or business strategy
Understanding of healthcare, hospice, or home health industry

Qualifications
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Health Administration, or a related field preferred
- LICENSURE: Not Applicable
- EXPERIENCE: 0–2 years of experience in a data, business, or analytical role (internships, part-time work, or academic projects count!)
- SKILLS: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas), Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and communicate insights clearly, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, interest in working in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment.
