Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferred
3 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, behavioral healthcare, addiction treatment, or related healthcare environments
Strong understanding of healthcare operational best practices
Demonstrated ability to improve processes, build accountability, and drive organizational results
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Specific Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide leadership and strategic oversight of daily operations across multiple behavioral healthcare facilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support organizational growth, efficiency, and long-term goals
- Partner with clinical, nursing, admissions, business development, and administrative leaders to drive collaboration and alignment
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance the client and employee experience
- Establish operational standards, performance expectations, and accountability measures across departments
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to support data-driven decision-making
- Support leadership development, team engagement, and a strong organizational culture
- Ensure operational practices align with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies
- Serve as a mentor and resource to department leaders, fostering ownership and continuous improvement
