AGAM is well respected in our industry as a service-oriented company made up of people ready and eager to make things happen. We are looking to hire someone to supervise our Max department. Under the direction of the Operations Director, you will work in our exhibit department leading teams that build amazing exhibits. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to monitoring quality control, managing multiple projects at once time, shifting priorities and deadlines and assisting with inventory control.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent prior work experience in a made to order environment, have excellent interpersonal/ communication and team leadership skills, the ability to make sound independent decisions and implement them, the willingness to learn new things every day, and the ability to work in a challenging and everchanging environment.
Job Requirements:
4-year degree or equivalent work experience

Proven ability to lead people
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills- proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
*Fluent in Spanish is a plus
