We are looking for a supervisor candidate that comes from a tradeshow-construction background who is eager to lead our Max full-service exhibit department. Agam is an industry leader that serves the tradeshow, special events, retail, and semi-permanent office space industries.

Position Summary:

As the Max Production Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of production for Agam Max projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through accuracy and by meeting project deadlines. Link to Agam Max- https://agam.com/agam-max/

Key Positional Drivers:

• Supervise all production functions for Agam Max projects. This includes scheduling labor and working closely with Max Project Managers to set and achieve production timelines.
• Meet with Post-sale Project Managers to get an understanding of scope, budget, project particulars and participate in project kick-off meetings with the Max Team Leader, the project Detailer and Production Supervisor to review the project.
• Maintain tight control of rental inventory and lead continuous improvement initiatives under supervision of the Max Director.
• Attend Put-to-Detailing meetings to review project details and assigned tasks so all parties are aware of scope and their respective responsibilities.
• Monitor and manage build, preview, and ship dates on the timeline.
• Solve all production issues related to structure construction, graphics, ridged panels, and carpentry.
• Assist Project Managers in determining proper sequence and labeling for production drawings that will be used by the customer.
• Have complete knowledge of Agam product offerings and capabilities.
• Provide an engaged, energetic, thoughtful and “whatever it takes / yes we can” demeanor to meet and exceed customer needs.

Work Environment Related:

Position will at times require work beyond 40-hours per week. Travel is low.
