Job Description:

General

• Carries out ALL duties/responsibilities and authorities with strict adherence to the companies Quality Management System.
• Maintains records in accordance with established policies and procedures and audit guidelines.
• Communicates and coordinates with internal departments as appropriate.
• Participates in Audits as appropriate.
• Contributes to the maintenance of good housekeeping regimes.
• Always ensures confidentiality.
• Undertakes continuous professional development (CPD) to maximize knowledge and understanding.
• Contributes ideas and suggestions to support the continued growth of the company.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Deliver a quality customer service.

Job Specific

• The Logistics Supervisor manages the daily logistics department operations, including shipping, distribution, and customer service. This role drives strategies to improve efficiency and service.

Duties:

· Coordinate all shipping, receiving, and distribution

· Work with carriers, suppliers, and customers for timely deliveries

· Develop plans for better efficiency, service, and cost savings

· Lead logistics staff, supervise schedules and workloads.

· Ensure legal & quality compliance

· Monitor inventory, adjust ordering and storage

· Track order fulfillment and resolve issues

Requirements:

· 5 years in logistics supervisory roles

· Knowledge of Aviation

· Knowledge of shipping and distribution processes

· Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting

Attendance and punctuality are a must.
