Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar

- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Upsell additional services and products to customers

Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive repair or service writing is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures
- Familiarity with diesel engine repair is a plus
- Ability to accurately estimate repair costs
- Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell services
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
