Education & Qualifications: Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED required. Employees must be able to stand up to 4 hours at one time; up to 10 hours in a shift. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds on an occasional basis. Must work at a fast pace with frequent twisting and turning. Must use fine motor skills with both hands continuously; excellent manual dexterity needed. Basic Computer competence required.
Summary: Portions and loads food items into packaging and dressing machines. Washes trays, sanitizes machine, loads/unloads machine, and tracks daily machine production. Maintains a clean work environment. Hours begin at approximately 6 am. Length of the shift will vary with production schedule. Typically, will be a 6-8 hour shift, but could run up to 10 hours in a day. Position works Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday or Sunday if needed. Starting rate of pay for this position is $13.75/hr.

Essential Functions:
• Works as a team to maintain consistent supply of portion controlled products through the packaging and dressing machines.
• Obtain products from shelves and coolers to prepare for processing.
• Places packaged food items in to bins and moves to walk-in cooler.
• Rotate through various positions at the Packaging and Dressing machines on any given day.
• Keep a daily log of production and food safety program documentation
• Assemble and tear down dressing machine.
• Report any machine issues to supervisor and maintenance staff immediately.
• Cleans and sanitizes machines and attached equipment.
• Assemble, operate, and disassemble dish machine daily.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment according to GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Cleans floors and drains according to Sanitation SOP.
• Provide help and support to co-workers on an ongoing basis.
• Restock dish machine chemicals when alerted by dispenser unit.
• Maintain an organized and sanitary work environment.
Other Responsibilities:
• Maintain and protect employee, customer, and consumer confidentiality.
• Report to and from work at assigned time.
• Adhere to dress code policy.
• Must be reliable and able to work in a team atmosphere.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
