Our Sales Associates are responsible for greeting customers, providing honest and informative answers to questions, fostering enthusiasm in our brands, making suggestions about products that customers might want, and performing necessary tasks for efficient department operation. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, assisting the Department Manager, and providing customer feedback to Department Managers and the Buyers Team so our stores remain stocked with only the best products our customers have come to expect from JAX. Additional tasks may include:
Our ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, and is willing to pitch-in where needed. Additional knowledge, skills or abilities include:

Pay Range: $15.16 - $16.25 hourly

- Assisting in inventory responsibilities
Our ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, and is willing to pitch-in where needed. Additional knowledge, skills or abilities include:
- An interest in horses, livestock, animals or the farm and ranch lifestyle is essential
- Previous knowledge or experience with products carried by JAX preferred
- Cashiering experience desired
- Computer proficiency required
- Works well with others
- Organizational skills
- Engaging and positive
- Attention to detail
Schedule Requirements:
- Flexible schedules are available, but all employees must be available at least one weekend day
