- Performs heavy manual labor in the livestock area, including daily cleaning to maintain the appearance of the area.
- Assists in garden maintenance including planting, weeding, and harvesting.
- Feeds livestock on a daily basis.
- Maintains and repairs various structures and exhibits in the Centennial Farm area.
- May operate equipment including forklifts, manlifts, tractors, carts and hand tools.
- Performs a variety of janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness of the Centennial Farm area.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with all types of people in a fast-paced environment necessary.
- Must be available to work all 23 days of the annual OC Fair.
- Ability to work outside the normal business day/week as needed by events and programs.
Preferences:
- A valid California driver's license.
- Previous experience working with livestock animals and crops desired.
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment such as forklift, manlift, tractor and carts, as well as various hand tools in a safe and proper manner necessary.
