Qualifications & Experience
- Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in the corrugated packaging industry.
- Sales Mastery: At least 10 years of proven sales experience, with a preference for experience in the agriculture sector.
- Leadership: 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen (discounts, margins, P&L, and volume calculations).
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
