Position Description
This position is responsible for expanding CIBO's Trusted Advisor Network and providing comprehensive support to our partners and farmers, focusing on the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP), commercial regenerative ag programs, and the CIBO software platform. The role involves enrolling growers through our advisor network, providing agronomic support, training, customer service, relationship management, and working closely with local USDA NRCS offices, as well as finding new partners to expand our network.

Responsibilities
- Grower Recruitment: Conduct outreach to growers and grower organizations to generate interest in the NRCS EQIP program. Organize and conduct grower information sessions to inform growers on the benefits and requirements of applying for EQIP funding.
- Grower Engagement: Using CIBO's software platform, work directly with advisors and growers on EQIP applications, assisting them through the data and documentation collection process, application processing, NRCS follow up. Provide agronomic support to growers and other grower support as needed.
- Grower Program Fulfillment: Remain in contact with growers throughout the application approval and funding process, ensure NRCS awarded contracts are signed and uploaded into the CIBO platform and that Assignment of Payment forms are submitted in a timely manner.
- Trusted Advisor Expansion: Utilize known contacts and referrals to find and enroll new Trusted Advisors in CIBO's grower network. Train and onboard new partners, and manage partnerships to achieve key objectives.
Qualifications
- Deep Ag retail sales experience required
- Agronomic expertise (CCA) required; Licensed Technical Service Provider preferred
- USDA program experience, ideally with EQIP and in a local office in the Midwest preferred
- Must be able to demonstrate a strong starting book of business and relationships with growers
- Comfort with learning new software programs and proficient in Office or Google Suite applications
