Qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Discipline appropriate teaching and assessment techniques in classroom and labs.
- Maintain student records.
- Advise students regarding program requirements and career goals.
- Participate in college recruitment and retention efforts.
- Regularly evaluate student achievement and provide student feedback.
- Attend required staff meetings.
- Complete ALL required trainings.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in communication with students, administrators, faculty & staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Poultry Science or related degree with extensive experience in poultry production.
- Proficiency in teaching methodology, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and guidance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Poultry Science.
- Previous teaching experience at the post-secondary level.
- Experience with online teaching platforms.
- Strong communication skills and work ethic.
