AG-Industrial, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Parts Sales Associate for our Rising Sun, MD location. This blended role supports both the Parts Department and the Shipping/Receiving functions. We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits.
Main Tasks / Responsibilities
All employees are expected to take ownership of the quality of their work, conduct themselves in a professional manner that promotes a positive image of the company, and work in a timely and safe manner.

Essential Duties Parts Sales Responsibilities
- Answer parts inquiry calls and greet visitors at the parts counter in a courteous and timely manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the proper parts using online or paper catalogs.
- Pick parts from inventory and properly pack customer orders.
- Complete all required online or paper documentation for billing, warranty, and closing parts orders.
- Maintain parts displays, refill bins, and ensure the parts department is clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Assist with parts inventory counts as directed by the manager.
- Support company displays at fairs and other events as assigned.
OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stay current on AG-Industrial products, competitor offerings, and general industry trends.
- Complete additional projects as assigned by the manager.
- Commit to ongoing individual learning and development.
- Know and follow all company policies and safety procedures.
- Assist other departments as needed or requested by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to write legibly and use a computer for order entry and documentation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on customer and seasonal needs.
- Prior experience in parts, warehousing, or shipping/receiving is a plus but not required.
