Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end coordination of wire materials for active and upcoming data center projects from sourcing through delivery
- Manage constantly shifting timelines and volumes, adjusting plans as project needs change in real time
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third parties to keep materials moving and available when and where needed
- Track project status, flag risks early, and problem-solve when timelines or availability shift unexpectedly
- Build strong working relationships with customers, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation on project and material status
- Work within the company's existing systems (ERP and standard office tools) to manage orders and track progress
Qualifications:
- Experience in materials, logistics, or supply chain coordination ideally in electrical distribution, manufacturing, or a comparable industry
- A track record of growth and increasing responsibility (e.g., progressing from a coordinator role into ownership of a project or category)
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, sometimes unpredictable environment where priorities and timelines shift without much notice
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once
- A collaborative style , you'll work closely with a peer group and report into a senior PM
Backgrounds that tend to translate well:
- Electrical distribution (wire, conduit, or related materials)
- Manufacturing environments with project or materials coordination experience
- Senior buying or purchasing roles at scale
- High-coordination, start/stop project environments (including outside this industry)
- Construction project management (a plus, though not required)
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
