Our client is seeking a strategic and collaborative technology leader to oversee Enterprise Architecture, Business Integration, Governance, and Relationship Management functions within a complex enterprise environment.
This role will serve as a key member of the IT leadership team and will help drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, business alignment, operational efficiency, and innovation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of enterprise architecture expertise, executive communication skills, business partnership capabilities, and people leadership experience. They are looking for a hands-on enterprise architect.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the organization’s Enterprise Architecture function and establish long-term technical direction and standards
- Align technology strategy with business strategy and organizational objectives
- Develop enterprise technology roadmaps, architectural standards, and modernization strategies
- Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement
- Drive enterprise governance practices and strategic planning initiatives
- Lead business integration and relationship management activities between IT and business units
- Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and industry developments to support future-state planning
- Provide leadership and oversight for enterprise-level technology initiatives and strategic programs
- Manage communication and coordination across IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and cross-functional teams
- Support budgeting, financial planning, vendor management, and resource planning activities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology strategy and business enablement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Hands-on experience operating within hybrid cloud environments utilizing AWS as the primary cloud platform and Azure as a secondary platform
- Experience supporting and integrating enterprise ERP platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle EBS legacy environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise application integrations and modern architecture patterns
- Experience working with Angular front-end architectures and Spring Boot / Java backend services
- Experience supporting large enterprise SaaS ecosystems and business-critical platforms
- Experience modernizing and integrating legacy application environments
- 8 years of leadership experience within enterprise IT organizations
- 7 years of people management experience leading technical and business teams
- Strong experience developing and executing enterprise technology strategies
- Good understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or Archimate
- Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong business acumen and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to align technology initiatives with business outcomes
- Experience managing enterprise vendors, budgets, and strategic partnerships
- Strong program and project leadership capabilities
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
Salary : $170,000 - $220,000
