What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Specialist position at AG Foundry - Recruiting & Staffing?
We're seeking a consultative sales professional for our client's Auburn clinic. Prior hearing care experience is not required. If you have a proven track record delivering results in a patient- or client-facing sales role, our client's Professional Development team will provide the clinical training and licensure support to get you there.
Compensation: Base of 40-50k with an OTE of 80-100k first year
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and guide patients through understanding their results
- Lead consultative conversations that connect each patient's hearing loss and lifestyle to the right solution
- Fit and program hearing instruments, with hands-on training and support from our Professional Development team
- Build long-term patient relationships through follow-up care & education
- Partner closely with a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to ensure a seamless clinic experience
Qualifications;
- Experience in a sales or patient-facing role with defined performance expectations — especially roles where you both delivered a service and drove revenue
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to explain technical or clinical information in plain language
- A coachable, growth-oriented mindset — you welcome feedback and commit to continuous improvement
- Comfort working toward revenue goals in a base-plus-commission environment
