HR Coordinator

• Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Support HR team with compliance documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with audits as needed.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR initiatives by assisting with ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in an HR coordination role and AEC industry experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
