What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement & Supply Planning Lead position at Ag-Alchemy Animal Nutrition?
About Ag‑Alchemy
Ag‑Alchemy is a family‑founded, forward‑thinking animal nutrition manufacturer built on more than a century of commercial food manufacturing experience. Originating from the Rotella family’s bakery roots dating back to 1921, we were created to turn opportunity into innovation—transforming high‑quality, not‑quite‑perfect food into sustainable, functional nutrition for pets.
We specialize in turnkey pet treat manufacturing, combining upcycled ingredients, rigorous food safety standards, and scalable production capabilities. Sustainability is embedded in how we source, plan, and manufacture—not as a trend, but as a core operating principle.
Our culture is grounded in ownership, collaboration, precision, and continuous improvement. As we continue to grow, we’re focused on building strong systems, thoughtful partnerships, and operational excellence that supports long‑term scale.
