Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of the inn, restaurant, and wine bar
• Support and motivate a dynamic team to maintain high service standards
• Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen staff
• Manage the expo line and flow of food from the kitchen to the FOH
• Oversee wine memberships, emails, and weekly features
• Participate in team meetings and help plan future events

Qualifications
