Focus of the work
Create high-quality planning questions and case studies reflecting the goals and circumstances of individuals and families. Design and evaluate advisory scenarios spanning retirement planning, investment allocation, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management. Validate model responses and provide detailed feedback on their reasoning, practical clarity, client communication, and regulatory compliance.

Experience and education
You must have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. You must also hold active securities licenses (Series 7, Series 65/66, or equivalent) OR demonstrate proven financial advisor or wealth management experience. CFP, CFA, or a similar designation is preferred, as is multiple years advising diverse client segments.
Contract details
$95–$115 per hour. Remote, asynchronous, project-based work for roughly 10 hours weekly. Start ASAP, with an ongoing engagement. This role applies personal financial planning and advisory expertise to AI model training.
