We are looking for a motivated Residential SUD/Mental Health Technician to join our team at After Action! *Thursday swing shift, Friday-Sunday AM shift available*

Duties of the technician include supervision of clients, transporting clients to outings, maintaining shift logs, client intakes, and medication administration. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of EHR, at least 1 year experience in behavioral health, and a high level of professionalism. If you have previous experience in behavioral health, we’d like to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Facilitates client’s daily activities including wake up, supervision, assistance with meal service, laundry, etc.
Transports clients to and from necessary appointments and activities.
Medication administration
· Observes and monitors client behavior and intervenes as needed, based on individual client treatment plan, program schedule and house needs.
· Facilitates assigned groups/meetings/activities per program schedule.
· Coordinates treatment milieu with other counseling staff (via client record, staff communication, and treatment meetings).
Requirements:
· California Driver’s license with insurable DMV driving record.
· Two (2) years of sobriety, if recovering.
· Registered or certified as an alcohol drug counselor/technician.
· Experience working in detox/residential treatment settings.
· Experience working in the field of addiction.
· Knowledge of EHR preferred.
· Attention to detail and ability to be thorough and accurate.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
