AFRA Dental Group is a growing, modern dental practice in Corona seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Treatment Plan Coordinator / Front Office Administrator to join our team full-time.
We are looking for someone who is confident discussing treatment plans and finances, experienced with dental insurance, and passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. Spanish fluency is required.
Responsibilities:
- Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Review insurance benefits and provide accurate estimates
- Coordinate financial arrangements and payment plans
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment
- Schedule patients efficiently to meet production goals
- Verify insurance eligibility and breakdown benefits
- Manage patient check-in/check-out
- Answer phones and handle patient inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate records in practice management software
- Support overall front office operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of treatment coordinating experience and knowledge of CDT codes
- Strong knowledge of PPO and Medi-Cal dental insurances and billing
- Excellent communication and case acceptance skills
- Spanish fluency (spoken and written) – REQUIRED
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience with Open Dental software preferred
