Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role based in Pocatello, ID. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining client relationships, and effectively communicating Aflac's portfolio of products to meet client needs. This role encompasses prospecting potential clients, conducting presentations, creating tailored insurance solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and help clients navigate coverage options.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and communication skills, including the ability to build strong client relationships
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn insurance products and their applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for tailoring solutions to individual needs
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in sales, customer service, or the insurance industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
