I’m currently looking to add motivated Benefit Consultants to my team across Northwest Indiana and the South Chicago suburbs.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with:
• Outside sales experience
• Insurance experience
• Cold calling or prospecting experience
• Territory management experience
• B2B relationship-building skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset
I’m not looking for people who need to be micromanaged.
I’m looking for self-starters who are competitive, coachable, resilient, and hungry to build something long term.
